We guarantee a minimum retail value of the collection of items in each box. Regretfully we cannot offer any customization of the contents of a box at this time. We do stand behind the choices of the items you will receive, and there are links on this site to our suppliers should you fall in love with something in the box and want to find out more about it.
If a product arrives damaged, please notify us within 15 days via email at email@example.com. We would be happy to send you a replacement as soon as possible. Please keep in mind that items may have to be substituted based on availability. We do not offer returns or refunds for items based on a recipients' preference - items curated in the gift box are final sale and not eligible for returns, refunds or exchanges for any reason other than damage.
